Yes. Arlington offers individual leasing, meaning each resident signs their own lease and is only responsible for their portion of the rent.

Most residents qualify with a guarantor. A guarantor is typically a parent or guardian who agrees to financially support the lease if needed.
We also offer additional qualification methods such as:
Security Deposit
A security deposit equal to two months’ rent is required at the time of lease signing.Guarantor Waiver Program
We offer a third-party guarantor waiver option for a monthly fee. This program has no upfront cost and offers instant approval with verified student status. -
Yes. If you do not already have roommates, our roommate matching program can pair you with other residents who have similar lifestyle preferences based on the roommate questionnaire completed during the application process.

Arlington typically offers 12-month lease terms designed to align with the academic year. We do offer very limited spots for 10-month leases that end in May.

Yes. Arlington offers on-site parking for residents, with convenient access throughout the community. Parking is free along with one parking decal. Parking decal replacements are $25. Parking is first come, first served with visitor parking on the inside of each lot.

Yes. Residents are required to maintain renters insurance throughout their lease term. This helps protect personal belongings and provides liability coverage.

Maintenance requests can be submitted easily through the resident portal. Our maintenance team works quickly to address requests, and emergency maintenance support is available when needed.

Unit transfers may be available depending on availability and lease terms. The transfer fee is $250.

If you need to move out before your lease ends, you may request a lease reassignment by finding a qualified replacement resident. The leasing office will guide you through the reassignment process and requirements.

Rent is due on the first of each month and can be paid conveniently through the resident portal.
